We understand that suites are very important to some of our members, and we will make every effort to reserve the suite that best meets your needs. Some of the Suite choices for the Hyatt Regency St. Louis are listed below.  Please give us a call in the Association's St. Louis office to check on availability.  Tricia can be reached at 314.878.2304 Tricia@FarmEquip.org.

The number of available suites listed below may include suites reserved but not yet confirmed, out of service, or reserved by the Hyatt for other guests.

VIP Meeting Room If your looking for some private space to hold a meeting but don't need one of the suites, this might just be the space you are looking for. This is not a sleeping room nor is it attached to a sleeping room.  The room will be set with conference table for up to 10 and and will be equiped with data projector and screen.   If you are interested in booking this room, please contact Tricia Kidd in the Association office for details and availability.

Junior Suites  Located on the fifth floor of the hotel and above, our Junior Suite downtown St. Louis accom-modations offer the added benefit of sweeping city vistas. These St. Louis hotel accommodations offer an exceptional 755 square feet to include a semi-separate sitting area separated from the bedroom by a half-wall. Amenities include a King or two Double Grand BedsTM, a generous work desk, telephone with voice mail and data port, high-speed Internet access, in-room pay movies, iron and ironing board, and a modern bathroom with Portico products. Enjoy remarkable amenities, superior service and incomparable convenience when you stay at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.  Amenities High-speed Internet access, Hairdryer, Hyatt Grand Beds™, Telephone with voice mail and data port, Laptop Safes, Refrigerator, iHome stereo with iPod® docking station, 37" flat screen TV, Iron/ironing board *Rooms are all non-smoking and will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee if smoking occurs. Hyatt Regency St. Louis provides a very limited number of smoking rooms to accommodate smokers at the hotel for an additional $30 per night.  Hypro-Allergenic Rooms are also available for an additional $30 per night.

  Any function in a public area of the hotel during our meeting dates must be approved by this association prior to contacting the hotel for space. Our alloted public meeting room space in this hotel is very limited and the best option is to go with one of the suites listed above.  If you are looking to host a meeting that is too large for a suite but limited to an hour or two, we may be able to help, once schedules for both associations are finalized. Our goal with this and all of our meetings is to create the best business environment  we can for each of our attendees, while maintaining a level playing field for all in attendance.
