Goals & Objectives

The Convention Committee shall be appointed by the President for a three-year term or reappointed for a one-year term.  Terms shall be alternated so that approximately one-third of the committee shall be newly appointed each year.  The 1st Vice President will serve as the Chairman of the committee.  In addition, the President shall serve ex officio as a non-voting member.

A. Objectives

1. Assess membership marketing and networking needs and develop appropriate programs, themes, and topics to present at the Fall Convention and Spring Management Clinic

2. Make recommendations to the Board of Directors that will enhance member participation at the Fall Convention and Spring Management Clinic

B. Goals and Actions

1. Develop the meeting theme and general topics for the Fall Convention and Spring Management Clinic

2. Serve as moderators, facilitators, and make introductions for speakers when appropriate
