Over the last several years, members have inquired about sponsoring events during our Fall Convention. This will never be something we hard sell to our members, but if you have an interest in sponsoring an event, the opportunity is now available.

Internet Kiosk and Joint Industry e-Message System
Cost: $ 600 Number Available: Six
Status: available for 2012, 2013
Provides attendees with internet access for checking email.
The joint e-message system allows members from both Associations to leave and retrieve electronic messages for anyone registered with either group.
Laptop computers are provided in the Joint Message Center for attendee's use. Sponsor may display a banner in the message center and on the e-message screen, along with links to sponsor's website. Sponsor will be noted with their name and logo in the official program and in the October issue of the new Ag Innovator magazine.
Wednesday Morning Coffee Service
Cost: $ 500 Number Available: One
Status: available for 2012, 2013
Wednesday morning is when many of our attendees will be at the Registration Desk looking to make contact with other attendees who are arriving. Coffee will be provided from 7:00 -11:00a.
Sponsor may display signage near coffee service and provide printed sales information. Association will provide signage showing sponsor's name, in addition to being noted with their name and logo in the official program and in the October issue of the new Ag Innovator magazine.
Saturday Morning Coffee Service
Cost: $ 400 Number Available: One
Status: Available for 2012, 2013
There is no breakfast on the program for Saturday morning. Many of our attendees will be at the Registration Desk looking to make contact with other attendees prior to the General Sessions. Coffee will be provided from 7:00 - 8:30a.
In Room Delivery by Hotel Staff
Cost: Based on delivery charges per room. Call office for details.
Number Available: Three - cost per room reduced based on the number of sponsors.
Status: Two Available
Sponsor will have their promotional items (golf balls, water bottles, pens and brochures, etc.) delivered to the attendees hotel rooms by the Hotel Staff.
New Member Reception
Cost: $2,000 Number Available: One
Status: Available for 2012, 2013.
This is a special reception where the Association's Board of Directors welcomes new members and thanks the new member sponsors. Sponsors will be thanked by the President of the Association and ask to explain the goods or services they provide to our members.
Welcome Reception
Cost $ 5,000 Number Available: One
Status: SOLD for 2012, Available for 2013
Signage at door area to welcome guests as they arrive. Sponsor will be thanked by the President during the Reception. A Banner Ad will be on the Projection Screen during reception.
Session Speakers

Status: Available for 2012
Sponsor may display signage in room during the session and will be thanked by the Association President at the opening of the session. Ad in Printed Program, October Ag Innovation magazine and on Projection Screen prior to start of the session.
