We understand that suites are very important to some of our members, but at this the only larger rooms we have available are Premier Kings, which would be one of the floor plans belw.

VIP Meeting Room If you're looking for some private space to hold a meeting, this might just be the space you are looking for. This is not a sleeping room, nor is it attached to a sleeping room. The room will be set with conference tables for up to 10 and and will be equipped with a data projector and screen. If you are interested in booking this room, please contact Tricia Kidd in the Association office for details and availability. |

| Any function in a public area of the hotel during our meeting dates must be approved by this Association prior to contacting the hotel for space. Our alloted public meeting room space in this hotel is very limited and the best option is to go with the suite listed above. If you are looking to host a meeting that is too large for a suite, but limited to an hour or two, we may be able to help once schedules for both associations are finalized. Our goal with this and all of our meetings is to create the best business environment we can for each of our attendees, while maintaining a level playing field for all in attendance.
