Showcase Setup
The exhibit area will be open for setup on Thursday Morning from 6:00a.m. Exhibitors MUST have name badge to enter area for setup. Exhibitor service kit, including PDF forms and shipping instructions is provided by Convention Display Service, Inc. .Booth Package (Furniture and/or services included with your booth registration)
- Booth Size –8' deep x 10' wide
- Draping – Booths will be defined by draping.
- Carpeting – The exhibit hall is carpeted with ballroom carpeting.
- Furnishings – For each booth - one 6' red skirted table, two folding chairs, one wastebasket and one small identification sign.
As the official services contractor, , will assist you with your trade show experience by providing shipping services and instructions, material handling services, booth furnishings and booth setup and dismantle labor.
