The hotel is located within 25 minutes of the St. Louis Lambert International Airport. There is three restaurants, a bar, and a starbucks coffee shop on property. It is pet-friendly and smoke-free.

Enjoy impressive views of downtown St. Louis from this 620-sqare-foot suite with a king bed or two doubles and an inviting, semi-separate seating area. Relax amid contemporary decor, with a deluxe bath stocked with luxurious toiletries and an oversized worksation. We can also reserve you a connecting standard room. Includes a minifridge, 50-inch flat-screen television, coffeemaker and an in room safe.

Due to the limited number of suites and contract limitations, the daily reservation fee for all suites will be posted directly to the Association’s master bill at the Hyatt St. Louis. Any incidental charges will be billed to the credit card you present when checking in, but the room rate (plus tax) will be billed to you by Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association.

Suites are very limited and are normally sold out within the first few weeks of opening registration. Call the Association office regarding availability and waiting lists (314) 878-2304.

Notes on room reservations:  You will receive a room confirmation directly from the hotel.  

When you register for the convention we will reserve rooms for your requested nights at the Hyatt St. Louis with the Association rate of $185/night plus taxes. Your credit card will not be charged for your room until you arrive at the hotel in St. Louis. Any changes to your reservation must be made, through the Association, not less than three days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Hotel charges to the Association for reservations not changed more than 72-hours in advance will be billed to the member’s credit card used for meeting registration. This charge will include one night’s room rate plus taxes and processing fees. Association may turn control of reservations over to the hotel in during the week prior to the start of our Convention.
