Ground Transportation

If your plans during Fall Convention call for a means of transportation, O has these resources for travelers looking for a ride.

Uber & Lyft

Uber and Lyft are both available in Orlando. Simply download the Uber or Lyft apps on your smartphone and use it to request a car to take you to your destination. Both services are similar and utilize local resident drivers. All cars are clean and drivers are friendly. The app makes it easy to pay for rides without the exchange of money directly with the driver.

Pick up: All Transportation Network Companies (ride sharing providers such as Uber, and Lyft) may pick-up passengers at the ends of the Arrivals curb (Level 2).

Local Taxi Drivers

Exact fares depend on final destination. If you choose to use this service, make sure you only pay one price for your ride and not a per person rate.

Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter. Flat rate fees are not authorized. Therefore metered rate may vary from the approximate rates quoted above.

Located on both the A-Side and the B-Side of the Terminal in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2).

On-Airport Car Rentals

The rental car companies are located on the A-Side and B-Side of the Terminal on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).
