Our website has a distribution partners directory to help you find marketers that offer the territory or services you need. Simply click on the desired states or territories, then the services you require, and you’ll be matched with Associate Marketing Members of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association. Reach out to these potential partners to find out if they’ll be at the upcoming convention and schedule your meetings today. Calendars fill quickly! (Note: Members will need to log on at the top of the page with their Member ID and Password to access resources).
This Association was founded more than 70 years ago to host this annual event, which creates opportunities for farm equipment manufacturers to find new links in the supply chain and get their equipment in front of farmers.
This Association, in partnership with the Equipment Marketing & Distribution Association (EMDA), brings together manufacturers, wholesalers, and independent reps. EMDA expects more than 70 percent of its members to join the meeting in Kansas City.

MarketPlace
This event hosted by our Association is Wednesday, November 1 from 10:30 am to 12:30 p.m. Members of the marketing associate section will staff exhibit booths with information about the territories they cover and services they offer. Manufacturers will visit the MarketPlace looking for distribution partners. Marketing members receive exhibit space as part of their meeting registration. You need only request the space, which includes a 6-foot table and two chairs. The MarketPlace is positioned to maximize participation from manufacturers. It is adjacent to the Contact Session.
EMDA sponsors this session, which is designed to offer opportunities for quick introductions between manufacturers, wholesalers, and independent reps. It is also 10:30 am to 12:30 Wednesday, November 1. Consider it a starting point for scheduling appointments with distributors later in the week.
Independently Scheduled Meetings
The convention schedule is structured in a fashion that allows time for individual meetings, and the hotel in Kansas City offers abundant out-of-the-traffic spaces to meet. You are encouraged to monitor the registration list on this web site and schedule appointments in advance.
This Association and EMDA host three sessions together: a speaker session on Wednesday, a breakfast on Thursday, November 2, and a closing reception, also on Thursday. Of course, we cannot overstate the value of the simple “hello” in the hallways. Members from both associations cross paths every day.
