Wednesday, April 6th

Registration desk – The registration desk opens at 7:00 am each day. In addition to picking up name badges, the registration desk is a great spot to meet other attendees, visit staff, and get answers to any questions you may have.

Welcome Party – The Welcome Party is from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, and is a great place to meet fellow attendees, catch up on old times and meet new colleagues. There is no formal program for this event, so feel free to stop in as your plans permit. Many guests will still be arriving, therefore travel casual attire is fine.

Thursday, April 7th

Spouse/Guest Program– Guests have the option to sign up for a tour of New Orleans this year. See below for more information. (Additional fee)

Supplier Showcase & Reception – The Showcase is the highlight of the Supply Summit. Come walk through and visit many of our member companies. Showcase is from 2-4:30 pm, the reception opens at 3:15 pm.

Thursday Guest Program – New Orleans Medley

Registration fee: $125

This interesting tour will take you through several famous New Orleans neighborhoods. First, the coach will pass through the charming French Quarter, then you’ll head along Esplanade Avenue to City Park, the 5th largest urban park in the country. The couch will cruise by the Lakefront of Lake Pontchartrain, then journey Uptown and along the Carrollton section of the city. Your tour guide will narrate along the way, pointing out historic spots, landmark homes, famous restaurants, and must-see attractions. You will also have an opportunity to get off of the motorcoach to wander through an above-ground cemetery — one of the most unique features of the city.

The tour will also visit Longue Vue House and Gardens. Amid eight acres of magnificently manicured gardens, Longue Vue stands with the graciousness of an earlier time. Built in 1939 for Mr. & Mrs. Edgar B. Stern, heirs to the Sears & Roebuck fortune, the estate’s furnishings are a fine example of an innovative, eclectic collection distinguished with 18th and 19th century English and American pieces. The gardens are breathtaking, designed to provide color, beauty, and drama. You will enjoy a delicious Southern lunch at Longue Vue.
