Wednesday, April 6th

Registration desk – The registration desk opens at 7:00 am each day. In addition to picking up name badges, the registration desk is a great spot to meet other attendees, visit staff, and get answers to any questions you may have.

Welcome Party – The Welcome Party is from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, and is a great place to meet fellow attendees, catch up on old times and meet new colleagues. There is no formal program for this event, so feel free to stop in as your plans permit. Many guests will still be arriving, therefore travel casual attire is fine.

Thursday, April 7th

Spouse/Guest Program– Guests have the option to sign up for a tour of New Orleans this year. See below for more information. (Additional fee)

Supplier Showcase & Reception – The Showcase is the highlight of the Supply Summit. Come walk through and visit many of our member companies. Showcase is from 2-4:30 pm, the reception opens at 3:15 pm.

Thursday Guest Program – New Orleans Medley

Registration fee: $125

This interesting tour will take you through several famous neighborhoods. First, the coach will pass through the French Quarter, then to City Park, the 5th largest urban park in the country. Your guide will narrate along the way, point out historic spots, landmark homes, famous restaurants, and must-see attractions. You will also have an opportunity to explore an above-ground cemetery – one of the most unique features of the city of New Orleans.

The group will also enjoy the beauty of the New Orleans Botanical Garden or Sydney & Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. April is an ideal time to visit the garden. The roses are at their peak, including the Old Garden and Antique Roses. The Hummingbird Garden will also be in full bloom and is filled with salvia, dianthus, snapdragons, phlox, hollyhocks, and more. The Sculpture Garden at the New Orleans Museum of Art has over 90 sculptures situated on a beautifully landscaped site among meandering footpaths, reflecting lagoons, Spanish moss-laden 200-year-old live oaks, mature pines, magnolias, camellias, and pedestrian bridges.

Participants will enjoy lunch at Ralph’s on the Park, an elegant farm to table destination which overlooks the lush greens and grand oaks of City Park. Following lunch, guests will see more neighborhood such as Carrollton, Uptown, Garden District, and Warehouse District before returning to the hotel.
