Drago’s Seafood — Drago’s, a New Orleans dining institution, offers an extensive seafood menu, including signature dishes such as Drago’s Original Charbroiled Oysters and Mama Ruth’s Gumbo. Reservations aren’t needed. As part of our sustainable initiatives, Drago’s Seafood is now an Ocean Friendly Restaurant!

Le Croissant — Start your day off at Le Croissant, which features the “Hilton Breakfast”.

Rivers Blends Café — Enjoy a quick breakfast, a cup of coffee, espresso, or latte or a deli sandwich in River Blends Café, our on-site coffee house proudly serving Starbucks Coffee, conveniently located on the second floor adjacent to the main lobby. Free wireless internet is available.

Sprits — New Orleans is a mecca for the senses. Taste, hear, see, feel the rhythm by embarking on your journey from the awe-inspiring surroundings of Spirits. Ruby Slipper — Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is proud to bring the unique flavors and hospitality of New Orleans to our all-day brunch and eye-opening cocktails. We use fresh and local ingredients whenever possible, preparing meals to order from our scratch kitchen, and giving back to the communities we serve.

August — August is a Contemporary Creole restaurant creating unique dishes with a focus on Louisiana ingredients and inspired by classical training. Located in a historic 19th century French-Creole building in New Orleans’ Central Business District, the main dining room caters to the most unique dining experience. The interior is rich with original architectural details, gleaming hardwood floors, soaring columns, mahogany paneling and antique mirrors.

Gordon Biersch — Gordon Biersch, founded over 25 years ago, is where German precision brewing meets American craft beer. Each restaurant has an onsite brewery where local Brewmasters brew to the highest German standards and use the purest ingredients to create clean, fresh German lagers and the finest American craft beer. Everything on the menu is prepared fresh-to-order by chefs, creating an elevated brewery restaurant menu crafted to pair perfectly with the locally brewed beers.
