Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors MUST have a name badge to enter the area for setup. Exhibitors may begin setting up after 7:00 am the day of the Showcase.

Exhibitors will receive an email from Veal Convention Services, Inc. with a link to the Exhibitor Information Packet. Please include your email address when registering to ensure you receive the link.

Booth Package (Furniture and/or services included with your booth registration)

  • Booth Size – Booths will be 8′ deep x 10′ wide. 
  • Draping – Booths will be defined by draping.
  • Carpeting – The ballroom and pre-function areas are carpeted.
  • Furnishings – One 6′ table, two folding chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7″ x 44″ identification sign.
