If you’ll need power or other AV in your booth, you can order it here.
Exhibitors MUST have a name badge to enter the area for setup. Exhibitors may begin setting up after 7:00 am the day of the Showcase.
Booth Package (Furniture and/or services included with your booth registration)
- Booth Size – Booths will be 10′ deep x 10′ wide.
- Draping – Booths will be defined by draping.
- Carpeting – The ballroom and pre-function areas are carpeted.
- Furnishings – One 6′ table, two folding chairs, and one 7″ x 44″ identification sign.
