Green Park Partners Acquires Kongskilde Systems Division A/S

Green Park Partners (“GPP") announces the acquisition of Kongskilde Systems Division A/S from DLG Group in Denmark.

The Company

Founded in 1949 and headquartered in Denmark.

Kongskilde Systems Division A/S (“Kongskilde”) develop, build and market: (i) waste and process material handling solutions for industrial sectors involved with manufacturing in plastics and paper; and (ii) grain handling machinery to the agricultural sectors in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

Within the industrial sector, Kongskilde’s machinery solutions are component sub-systems that enable manufacturers to increase throughput, process efficiency, finished goods quality and reduce operating cost by enabling further process automation.

Within the agricultural sector, Kongskilde is a well-recognised brand providing solutions for the transport, drying, storage and sorting of grain and other crops.

Kongskilde is a market leading provider in its respective segments with revenues of DKK 247m (Euro 33m) and more than 200 employees located in Denmark and in 9 offices in Europe, USA, Asia and South Africa.
