Troxel Equipment Co. and Tri Green Tractor LLC, two Deere dealers in Indiana, have announced plans to merge, creating Troxel Tri Green LLC. The merger is effective Sept. 5. The merged company will have nine locations. Tri Green Tractor has carried Stihl, Grasshopper, Ariens and Honda product lines. Troxel has carried Stihl, Brent and Honda Power Equipment.

Cervus Equipment Corp., a 21-store Deere dealership group with stores in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, reported that overall revenue decreased 20 percent in the quarter that ended June 30. It attributed a decrease in sales in its agricultural segment as the primary contributor to the decline. Cervus also has transportation and industrial business segments.

Case IH dealer Binkley & Hurst will combine its Dayton, Va., and Harrisonburg, Va., locations. The new facility will be a 20,000-square-foot shop in Harrisonburg. Officials say they hope to open the location in early 2020. It will sell, among other things, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Gehl/Manitou, Kinze, and Ferris products.

Greenway Equipment opened its newest location in Marked Tree, Ark, on Aug. 1. The Deere dealer now has 28 locations throughout Arkansas and Missouri. It also carries Stihl and Honda.

Sunshine Quality Solutions has acquired Welsh Equipment in Lake Charles, La., which brings to 17 its number of Deere dealerships in southern Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
