Suites are very limited and are normally sold out within the first few weeks of opening registration. Call the Association office at (314) 878-2304 to be added to the waiting lists.


Fitness Center –  Sadly, there is no excuse to pause your exercise routine. Our light and bright fitness center features Life Fitness machines, ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, with plenty of benches, mats and dumbbells to work up a sweat. A spacious outdoor terrace for yoga or stretching offers 4th floor views of downtown.


Notes on room reservations:  You will receive a room confirmation directly from the hotel.  

When you register for the convention we will reserve rooms for your requested nights at the Luminary Hotel with the Association rate of $259/night plus taxes. Your credit card will not be charged for your room until you arrive at the hotel in Fort Myers. Any changes to your reservation must be made, through the Association, not less than three days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Hotel charges to the Association for reservations not changed more than 72-hours in advance will be billed to the member’s credit card used for meeting registration. This charge will include one night’s room rate plus taxes and processing fees. Association may turn control of reservations over to the hotel during the week prior to the start of our Convention.
