Over the last several years, members have inquired about sponsoring events during our Supply Summit & Showcase. We will never hard-sell this to our members, but if you are interested in sponsoring an event, you have a number of options. Sponsorship is your opportunity to let your company stand out and, at the same time, support maintaining the traditional low cost of our meetings. Innovator Sponsor
Cost $6000 Number Available: Three
Status: AVAILABLE
Innovator sponsors receive a prime display location near the registration desk all day on Wednesday and Thursday plus a 3-5 minute opportunity to introduce yourself and your company during a General Session. Innovator sponsors will also receive two complimentary executive registrations, signage at the convention and recognition on the website, on the app, in the Shortliner newsletter, and on social media. Sponsor must provide a vector image to the Association for signage or supply their own signage.
Visionary Sponsor
Cost: $4000 Number Available: Multiple
Status: AVAILABLE
Visionary sponsors receive a choice display location all day on Wednesday and Thursday, one complimentary executive registration, and signage at the convention and recognition on the website, on the app, in the Shortliner newsletter, and on social media. Sponsor must provide a vector image to the Association for signage or supply their own signage.
Groundbreaker Sponsor
Cost: $2000 Number Available: Multiple

Groundbreaker sponsors receive a 50% discount on one executive registration, and signage at the convention and recognition on the website, on the app, in the Shortliner newsletter, and on social media. Sponsor must provide a vector image to the Association for signage or supply their own signage.
Spotlight Sponsor
Cost: $750 Number Available: Multiple

Spotlight sponsors enjoy booth space adjacent to the registration desk the entire duration on Wednesday and Thursday. They will receive prominent signage at the convention and on our website, app, Shortliner newsletter, social media and program booklet.
Casino Night
Cost: $400 Number Available: Multiple

The Supplier Associate Section will be bringing Casino Night back to the Welcome Party on Wednesday, April 3 and your company could sponsor a game table. Sponsors can decorate their table with branded swag.

In-Room Delivery
The Hotel Staff will deliver sponsor’s promotional items (golf balls, water bottles, pens and brochures, etc.) to the attendees’ hotel rooms.
