S3 Enterprises Awards the Frank & Helen Rempel Servant Leadership Bursary
Swift Current, Saskatchewan: S3 Enterprises CEO Richelle Titemore awarded the 2015 Frank and Helen Rempel Servant Leadership Bursary to graduate Tawny Wilson.
Wilson is enrolled in the agriculture management program at Olds College in Olds, Alberta this fall, with plans to eventually work in the ag marketing industry near her home town of Maple Creek.
According to S3's Jenna Parenteau, Wilson is, "a goal-oriented hard working individual who invests in others with humility and insight.” Wilson was chosen from the group of candidates for best demonstrating intelligence in decision making, as well as for possessing the building blocks of a leader as defined by the S3 leadership team: integrity, honour, character and joy.
Wilson is an avid sportswoman who specializes in curling and barrel racing. She achieved her academic goal to finish her Grade 12 studies strong and early, in spite of a significant interruption to her previous year. Wilson values her family very highly, and believes that it’s important to invest in the growth ofothers and in community.
The Frank & Helen Rempel Servant Leadership Bursary was established in 2012 by the executive team at S3 Enterprises. It honors the company founders for their passion for developing leadership qualities in others. The $2500 bursary is offered annually to grade 12 students in the Chinook School Division who are enrolled in post secondary programs.
