NAEDA: Dealers To Add Staff

The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) has compiled the results of their 2008 Compensation and Benefits Survey. More than 800 dealers completed the biennial survey, which looks at pay and benefits offered by dealerships throughout North America.



The association said one category in the survey stood out the most — staffing plans for 2009. The survey found that depending on overall dealership volume, quite a few dealers, especially those with volume over $3 million indicated their intent to add staff this year.
