Durabilt Purchased By FEWA-AIMRA Member

Durabilt Industries, Pocahontas, AR, has been purchased by FEWA-AIMRA members Brad Stout, Mark Jansen and Scott Stonum. Stout and Jansen are also owners of ACI Distributors, St. Charles, MO, and Stonum serves as ACI’s Service Manager, who will also commute to Pocahontas and manage the manufacturing operations.



Effective, November 24, 2008, Stout, Jansen and Stonum formed Durabilt Industries LLC, which purchased Durabilt Industries, Inc. Stout said Durabilt’s product line will complement the lines currently distributed by ACI.



Durabilt Industries has been in business since 1975, with the previous management purchasing existing rights in 1989. The firm manufactures numerous types of light agricultural equipment and serves mainly the southeast quadrant of the U.S.
