Titan Machinery Acquires Arthur Mercantile, Co. Dealership

Titan Machinery Inc., Fargo, ND, announced that they have entered into a definitive asset agreement to acquire the assets of the farm equipment business of Arthur Mercantile, Co., a Case IH brand agriculture equipment dealership in Arthur, ND. The acquisition is expected to close on May 28, 2009.

Arthur Mercantile Co. is the oldest farm equipment dealership in North Dakota and is located in the fertile Red River Valley farmland which is considered to be some of the best farmland in North America.
