Show Your Product Video Promo During AG CONNECT
The Innovation Square Pavilion sponsored by the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association at AG CONNECT Expo in Atlanta, Jan. 8-10, 2011 with a special invitation-only preview day on January 7, will feature an equipment video promotion for our members.
The Innovation Square Pavilion will be an additional resource available to our members exclusively, both for those members exhibiting inside the Pavilion and for those who will not be at the show. Innovation Square lounge area will include monitors displaying videos where members will have the opportunity to show off even more product lines than space allows at the show. For members who will not be exhibiting, it will also be an opportunity to show your product line to a worldwide audience.
Members, whether exhibiting in Innovation Square or not, can send us videos and/or photos of your products, and we will include them on the screens, located in the middle lounge area of the Pavilion. Your two-minute clip will be included as part of a continuous loop all day, each day of the entire show, including the preview day.
If you’re already using videos in your exhibits, you know the value that this sales aid can bring. If you don’t currently use such videos, you can simply judge others by the crowds surrounding the monitors in other manufacturer’s booths.
This is an outstanding way to enhance the “iron” displayed in your booth. And if you cannot exhibit, it provides you with a low-cost method to be part of the show. Innovation Square exhibiting members can have a two-minute clip inserted in the video loop for only $200. A second two-minute clip may be added for an additional $150. A maximum of two clips (four minutes per member) will be allowed.
If you are not exhibiting in Innovation Square, but would still like your equipment to be shown, members may display a two-minute clip for $300, with a second two-minute clip for an additional $200. Again, a maximum of four minutes would be allowed.
The format required for sending videos: avi, mpeg, mov. For still images they must be 720×480 pixels or larger and in jpeg format. While you may send any of the above format, it must be submitted via: DataDVD, Flash Drive, Portable Hard-drive or Files downloadable from your FTP site. (Video provided on finished video-DVD will add production cost.) All videos must be submitted by December 15, 2010.
