Yetter Acquires AMCO Mfg.

Farm Equipment magazine reports that Yetter Manufacturing Company has acquired the assets of AMCO Manufacturing, Inc., Yazoo City, MS.

AMCO, founded in 1947, produces a wide range of primary tillage implements and farm equipment for the agricultural, wildlife, forest and construction industries. AMCO products are sold and serviced by 300 dealers across North America.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Yetter, AMCO Manufacturing, Inc., will continue to be based in Yazoo City and will operate as a separate company under its current management team.

Established in 1930 and based in Colchester, IL, Yetter Manufacturing Company provides solutions for production agriculture. Family owned for four generations, Yetter ships products all across North America.
