Hemisphere Reports 3Q Results

Hemisphere GPS, Calgary, AB, Canada, reported third quarter revenues of $14.1 million, an increase of 7% compared to $13.2 million in the third quarter of 2010. Strong growth in all regions was offset by a decline in European revenues associated with uncertainty arising from the European debt crisis.

As of September 30, 2011, the company held cash of $10.3 million, working capital of approximately $31 million and had 60,824,409 common shares outstanding.
