Engineering Manager needed by a Kansas company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead, plan, direct, control and coordinate design engineering resource as well as production fixture design and build focused on accomplishing objectives.
• Supervise design engineers, test engineers, fixture design engineers, interns, and technicians to accomplish division, and engineering functions objectives along with individual employee growth and development.
• Represent the organization as technical contact for customer, OEMs, vendors, and suppliers.
• Plans, coordinates, conducts and implements research, development, or engineering projects assigned directly to the team involving high impact and highly complex projects. Coordinates the work of engineers, technicians, and other support personnel and interacts with marketing, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, products design and suppliers/customers.
• Provide product design department direction and leadership. Uses broad knowledge of policies and procedures to provide administrative management to the department.
