Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. has announced it has completed the purchase of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Camrose Farm Equipment Ltd (CFE) for $5.7 million cash consideration. CFE is a dealer of both Case IH and New Holland Agriculture equipment operating in Camrose and Killam, Alberta. As previously announced, for its most recent fiscal year, CFE had agriculture-related revenues of approximately $54 million.

WS Whites Ag Sales and Service Ltd. and Morris Sales and Service Ltd.-Yorkton, in Saskatchewan, have announced Whites Ag’s acquisition of Morris Sales and Service’s Yorkton dealership. Whites Ag will continue to represent all the existing lines Morris currently distributes and will add the product lines of Challenger, Massey Ferguson, RoGator, TerraGator, Spray Coupe and Willmar.
