Orthman Names Four Board Of Directors

Orthman Manufacturing has announced the names of four appointments to its board of directors. Orthman company president, John McCoy, announced the decision at the company’s annual leadership conference.

“The time is right for this structural change,” McCoy said. “Our company growth, both domestically and internationally, requires a strategic restructuring of our board in order to provide leadership in all aspects of our business plan. This core group of leaders will help to direct and provide the execution of our strategic initiatives.”

In August, Orthman broke ground on a 115,000 square foot new facility in Lexington’s southeast business park. The expansion is expected to bring 100 new jobs to the community and is scheduled to be completed by August 2013.

Orthman’s new board members include Ward Jorgenson as director of operations, Rod Haarberg as director of marketing, Brian Sucha as director of finance and Amber Ackerson as director of human capital.
