- Sigourney Tractor & Implement has completed the acquisition of Precision Equipment. This acquisition creates a new company, Sinclair Tractor, with 11 John Deere dealerships across southeast Iowa, serving customers in Iowa, Missouri and Illinois.
- Hartzler Equipment Company announced that it changed its name to Heartland Tractor. The company has Case IH locations in Harrisonville, Lamar and Nevada, MO President Lowell Hartzler, the management team and all staff will remain in their current roles.
- Three John Deere farm and turf equipment dealers are merging to form Greenmark Equipment, Inc., a dealership group with 16 locations in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana with more than 400 employees, according to mlive.com.
