Official Notice of Annual Business Meeting

We will hold our annual business meeting during the general session that begins at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, during the Fall Convention in Las Vegas, NV.

Following the keynote address, we will convene the meeting, elect new directors, and transact other Association business, including voting on our Board of Director’s proposed revisions to the Association’s bylaws. You can see a copy posted on our website at FarmEquip.org/Bylaws or call the office to request a printed copy.

Each Regular Member company present will have one vote on each item addressed during the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
