Help Wanted: Ag Products Sales Manager

A 50-year-old family-owned and -operated, short-line equipment manufacturer seeks an Ag Products Sales Manager.

Business models to market are direct-sales staff, independent sales representatives and distributors.

The position requires extensive travel throughout North America. Estimated travel time is 50%.

Experience in sales, territory management, or business management is preferred.

The successful candidate will manage, coach and mentor the field sales team and help them achieve company objectives.

Compensation will be a combination of base salary and company profit sharing.
