The Welcome Reception is now a complete evening event, during which manufacturers and suppliers can enjoy food, beverages, and entertainment for the evening—without having to make separate dinner plans. As a result, we have seen higher attendance and more members staying for the entire evening, giving us all more time to “mix and mingle.”

This year, during our Welcome Reception, we will offer a chance for supplier members to increase their visibility by becoming Key Reception Sponsors. The benefits include having their company name/logo featured at one of our serving stations or at the bar. Also, as guests enter and exit the reception, they will see signage with sponsors’ names and logos.

As an added bonus, printed conference materials will mention all Key Sponsors, and the Association President will recognize and thank them during his opening speech.

A Key Sponsorship costs only $1,000 and is an excellent way to support the Association and highlight your company’s participation in this annual meeting!
