New Leadership at AMC

Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada (AMC) announced the appointment of Ms. Leah Olson to President effective March 2. Olson will assume her presidential responsibilities immediately under the guidance and transition of retiring President Jerry Engel.

Throughout Olson’s more than 15 years in the private and public sectors, she has been a trusted advisor to numerous federal and provincial Ministers as well as presidents and corporate executives.

Having grown up on a grain farm in southwestern Saskatchewan, Olson has a unique understanding of the important innovations being made in the agriculture manufacturing industry and how these innovations provide valuable productivity and better safety to our farmers and their families.

We have already been in touch with Olson and look forward to working with her to build on the long-standing relationship between Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association and AMC, as both organizations work to promote the shortline equipment industry in North America.  S
