Machinery Pete Launches New Web Site

Machinery Pete launched a new website last week and announced the appointment of two senior leaders: CEO Kevin Doyle, formerly with Apartments.com, and VP of Sales Bill Weber, formerly with Deere.

Greg Peterson, also known as Machinery Pete, said the company “researched and talked with hundreds of farmers and dealers across the country to find out exactly what they want and need.”

He describes MachineryPete.com as the online destination for farmers and dealers, providing a comprehensive experience for finding used farm equipment.

Visitors will search tens of thousands of listings, read Machinery Pete blogs and watch videos that will inform their decision-making on buying farm equipment.

Machinery Pete has partnered with nearly 2,000 dealers and has more than 55,000 used farm equipment listings on the site today.

Through a partnership with Farm Journal Media, the site offers dealers the ability to target buyers through demographic analysis, local market intelligence, mobile marketing tools, targeted advertising and site analytics.
