Geringhoff in Germany Buys Geringhoff in Minnesota

The Geringhoff Corporation, headquartered in Ahlen, Germany has acquired its North American distribution partner, Geringhoff Distribution LLC of St. Cloud, Minn., previously owned by the Jandrisch family.

Joseph Jandrisch’s distribution company Aemsco began marketing the Geringhoff product in 2004. As distribution sales soared past $100 million, the partners recognized the need to create an entity specific to the brand. Jandrisch created Geringhoff Distribution in 2012 and transferred the Geringhoff activities to his new distribution company.

Simultaneously, a manufacturing facility was created in Minnesota to partially supply the North American market.

Jandrisch has accepted a position on Geringhoff International’s Board of Directors and will lead a search for a new North American CEO.
