Lessiter Media Mag Wins Award

Lessiter Media's Farm Equipment magazine has won an Editorial Award, or “Eddie,” from Folio magazine. Farm Equipment won first place in the Business-to-Business Series of Articles—Agriculture.

The winning series, “Transitioning to the Next Generation of Dealers,” examined the challenges and rewards among members of the successor generation of farm equipment dealers. The project, handled by Mike Lessiter, Dave Kanicki and Kim Schmidt, featured interviews with eight dealer managers, all younger than 42, and told their succession stories in their words.

Folio is a magazine for magazine professionals. Its awards are decided by industry peers. Among magazines recognized in the competition have been the Harvard Business Review and CFO Magazine.
