A member company is seeking a territory manager for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, and Mississippi. The company manufactures peanut harvest equipment, tillage tools, poultry house maintenance equipment, and disc mower caddies. The individual who is hired will be in a position with an established market and existing dealer network.

In addition to representing the company and its products, the territory manager will maximize sales, conduct product demonstrations, identify new product opportunities, establish and maintain relationships in the market, and more.

The compensation package includes commission, a company vehicle, and benefits.

Another member company is seeking a human resource specialist to provide administrative and training support.

Among responsibilities are conducting or assisting in orientation and training, working with the HRMS system, helping to administer employee benefits, developing and maintaining a training requirements database, assisting in recruiting, and more.
