Territory Sales Manager (Job #110)

A manufacturer of agricultural sprayers is searching for a sales professional to cover California.

The sales manager will build upon existing relationships with equipment dealerships and possess the competitive drive to add new ones. The person is responsible for all sales efforts and product events/demonstrations in California. The company is looking for someone with sales experience and a background in agriculture.

Operations Manager (Job #109)

A southern-based company specializing in agriculture products is seeking an operations manager. The operations manager will manage sales and manufacturing for this location and be responsible for profit and loss. This location manufactures tillage equipment with sales in the south, southeast, and beyond. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, five to 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of agriculture tillage products. This mini-conglomerate is growing, which provides opportunities for this position.

Regional Sales Manager (Job #108)

This company seeks someone to manage all aspects of sales—from direct sales to customers to recruiting and managing a dealer network within a designated territory. He/she will develop relationships with customers and distributors/dealers, use software to log calls, demonstrations, and other information, identify new business relationships, monitor competitors’ products and services, represent the company and its products, and manage the sales process from quote to delivery.

The position calls for travel within the territory about 50 to 75% of the time. The successful candidate will have a passion for agriculture and prior sales experience.
