H&S Manufacturing Names New President, Heikenen Transitions to CEO

H&S Manufacturing, Inc. has named Scott P. Doescher as its new President. The appointment was effective February 22.

Doescher succeeds Chris Heikenen, who will remain active with H&S as the company’s Chairman and CEO.    

Doescher brings 30 years of manufacturing and financial leadership experience to H&S. He most recently served as President and CEO of A&B Process Systems Corp. in Stratford, Wis. Prior to that position he was Chief Financial Officer for Wausau Paper Corporation.

Doescher will assume responsibility for company performance, strategic and business planning, and coordination of day-to-day operations. An announcement from the company said that Doescher’s analytical and leadership skills will help drive growth, improve profitability and implement best practices.

“H&S has earned a respected position with distributors, dealers and producers in the agricultural and commercial industries that it serves,” Doescher said. “I am excited to join the dynamic team at H&S in delivering innovative, high-quality products to its valued customers.”
