Six and Mango Equipment LLP, a Kubota ag-and-construction dealer headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas, has acquired Grayson County Equipment, based in Sherman, Texas.

The acquisition brings Six and Mango to a total of four locations. In addition to Kubota equipment, Grayson County Equipment sold Husqvarna, RHINO, Befco, Land Pride, Cammond, Wells Agriculture, Club Car and more.

Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. has released its quarterly and year-end numbers. For the quarter, total revenues decreased by 2.9%. Used used equipment sales increased by 16.1%. Gross profit decreased by 4.9%. And inventory increased by $10.1 million to $499.8 million.

For the year, total revenues increased by 1%. Same-store agriculture sales held flat despite softer industry demand. Used equipment sales increased by 24.4%.

Gross profits were down 2.5%. Inventory fell to $499.8 million from $69.8 million. S
