IHC Acquires Stelmi

Industrial Hard Chrome (IHC), based in Geneva, Ill., has acquired Stelmi
America of Marshall, Mich. The announcement from IHC said the acquisition combines the “skill and technologies of America’s two most modern and sophisticated producers of hard chrome plated steel bars and tubes.”
