Noteboom Implement and Hultgren Implement will merge on July 31. The deal brings together eight Deere locations in Northwest Iowa and Southeast South Dakota under the same banner. The combined business will operate as Noteboom Implement.

BayWa Ag of Munich, Germany, and Claas, which is based in Harsewinkel, Germany, plan a cooperative venture in Canada. The partnership will focus on growing the business for Claas products in the province of Alberta. The initial new location will open later this year as the first phase of the cooperation. S
