Association Staff Changes
The Association bid farewell to Elaina Jackson in April.

Jackson joined the Association staff in 2012 as director of membership. At the time, we counted just over 600 companies as active members. Through her outreach efforts, total membership grew year after year and reached just under 750 member companies.
As we grew, Jackson made it a priority to help new members tap into the same benefits that companies with decades of Association experience knew and enjoyed.
Jackson was willing to take on virtually any new task, and shortly after she began, she moved into the critical role of planning our annual meetings.
Whether it was site selection, the introduction of plant tours, developing programs, selling out showcases, scheduling fishing excursions, or even something new this spring she called the “Clearwater Crawl,” Jackson’s work was evident in the success and growth of our meetings.
After our outstanding Spring Conference in Clearwater, and with membership strong, Jackson left us in April to begin a position as an event planner at The JL Bar Ranch & Resort in Texas Hill Country.
We thank her for her efforts and wish her the best in her new position.
She also sends her thanks to each of you for showing her such kindness during her time here. S
