EDA Releases Survey Results

The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) in May released its 2016 Dealer-S Manufacturer Relations Survey Report.

In this year’s survey, equipment dealers were asked to rate up to seven manufacturer lines they carry based on 12 criteria related to operations and support. Only manufacturers who received the minimum number of ratings are included in the final survey results. This year, 55 manufacturers are represented in four categories: Full-Line Manufacturer, Tractor Manufacturer, Shortline Manufacturer, and Outdoor Power Equipment Manufacturer.

EDA only makes the results available to manufacturers that were rated in the survey or who elect to become members of the dealer association. Annual dues for shortline manufacturers are $1,500.
