Valley Industries Acquires A1 Mist

Valley Industries has completed the acquisition of A1 Mist Sprayers, a Nebraska-based company that manufactures mist-spraying applicators. The purchase diversifies Valley Industries product lineup.

Valley Industries will continue to use A1 Mist Sprayers existing management, infrastructure, and brand in the mist-spraying market.
