Dealers: Sales Down, Used Inventories High

Dealers who responded to a monthly survey from Ag Equipment Intelligence and Cleveland Research Co. report that sales are down by about 5 percent compared to the same month last year.

A net 30 percent of dealers surveyed said their used equipment inventory is “too high” compared to 28 percent who felt that way the month before.

Dealers also reported pricing for used large tractors was down by 5 percent in March; pricing for used combines was down 8 percent.
