Alamo Group Completes Purchase

Alamo Group Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisition of Old Dominion Brush Company, Inc.

Old Dominion, which is based in Richmond, Va., manufactures and sells replacement brooms for street sweepers and leaf vacuum equipment. Its primary customers are municipalities, contractors and commercial landscape markets. Company sales were about $27.7 million in 2016.
