Danuser Machine Begins Phase 2 of Expansion

Danuser Machine Co. is expanding its space by 11,500 square feet, which will bring its total manufacturing and administrative space to115,000 square feet.
The addition will serve as a central location for offices, a cafeteria, training and conference rooms.
Glenn Danuser, vice president of the 107-year-old, family-owned company, told Rural Lifestyle Dealer that the company is “building this facility for the next 100 years.”
“We’ve added on to our facilities over the years and it was time to sit down and evaluate Danuser as a company,” he said. “It’s easy to add more manufacturing space, but there comes a time when you need more office space. We want to be able to double our office staff, which is at about 25 employees now.”
Danuser Machine intends to add more customer service agents and salespeople. The company also will bring its engineers into the same space to open lines of communication and improve collaboration.
This expansion is a second phase of a building program. The first was a 32,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.
