Official Notice: Annual Meeting, Election of Directors

The Annual Business Meeting of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association is 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017.

The agenda will include election of members to the board of directors, president’s annual report, and any other business required.

Each regular member company present and in good standing will have one vote on each item addressed during the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.

The brief meeting is held as part of the Marketing & Distribution Convention at the Hyatt Regency Houston. It begins immediately after the conclusion of the general session featuring Damian Mason.
