HCC Takes Ownership of Brazilian Operations

Brian Nelson, president and chairman of the board for HCC, Inc., has announced that HCC, Inc., recently assumed 100 percent ownership of HCC Methal Company.

The company will now be recognized by the name HCC, Curitiba, and will continue to be managed in Curitiba, Brazil, by Thecio Pelanda.

With the acquisition, HCC becomes “the industry leader in the design and manufacture of reels and sieves for the North American and South American combine markets,” the announcement said.
