Dealer News: C&B Buys FES

Farm Equipment Sales (FES), a Deere dealership serving Northeast Montana for the past 53 years, will sell its business to C&B Operations, LLC, which is headquartered in Gettysburg, S.D.

C&B Operations owns 25 Deere dealerships in South Dakota, Minnesota, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana. It’s Montana dealerships are located in Billings, Miles City, and Glendive. FES has stores in Circle, Culbertson, Glasgow and Plentywood, Montana. The transition in ownership is expected in early 2018.
