Remlinger Announces Leadership Changes

Remlinger Mfg. has promoted Ron Hovest to president. Hovest is the oldest grandson of the company’s founder—the late Wilbur Remlinger.

The promotion is among a series of changes. Owner John H. Remlinger, the son of Wilbur Remlinger, has transitioned to chairman of the board. He will focus on long-term planning, guidance and finance.

Mildred Remlinger, the widow of the founder, has transitioned from chairman of the board to chairman emeritus.

Hovest has been with the company for longer than 30 years, most of which he has spent as chief engineer. Hovest has upgraded or designed products that Remlinger Mfg. has produced and sold all over the world.
